How the Match Map works
- Your wish-list, scored against real listings — set your price, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, lot size, yard slope, and the compass direction the home faces. We score every active listing against it.
- Honest matches only — a home is a confirmed match only when it passes every filter on data we can verify. When we can't confirm an attribute for a home, we say "pending data" — we never guess to force a match.
- See what's costing you the most homes — the map shows which single filter is ruling out the most listings, so you can decide what to relax.
- Real listings, real locations — pins use each home's actual rooftop location on an aerial map. We never invent a listing or a number.
